I just got a 20th Anniversary Bag directly from Think Tank, which was invented as a promotion, and turns out to be a brilliant way to carry a compact camera like an X100VI, LEICA M or real LEICA, or especially for me, to carry a spare lens if I don't have a pocket big enough and don't want to carry another bag.
I call it "The LEICA Bag." It's the bag to carry when you don't want to carry a bag. As you can see, it's so popular it's sold out for the moment, so order and be patient.
It has but one open area to carry one main item, and loaded with all sorts of pockets for accessories and Air Tags.
One caveat is that while you and I know it's a camera bag, to everyone else it looks like a purse. If that bothers you, put a second amendment or a SIG patch on it.
Everything is padded just right: just enough to protect things but not so much that the bag gets too big.
There's a front pocket for filters, business cards, pens & etc.:

There's a soft, fuzzy pocket behind the main area, perfect for filters or a phone:

My Think Tank 20th Anniversary Sling Bag can swallow my Canon RF 24-240mm IS USM, Nikon AI 80-200mm f/4.5 N, Nikon AF 70-210mm f/4 or Nikon AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8 (each with caps), so you should be good for any small or medium-sized zoom up to 7¼" (185mm) long or so. My Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS USM is too long at 7⅝" (193mm) with caps.
Lenses at least as large as my RF 100-400mm IS USM or RF 75-300mm should fit perfectly.
It's also perfect for any reasonably sized flash:

I tried it, and it also easily holds my full-sized Canon 580EX II.

The back is padded and has three pockets. The two side pockets are for pens, small screwdrivers and Air Tags, while the center can hold beef jerky, filters or a phone.
